Doctors Review After 1 Year

After a year into medication, today i received two results.

1. That my Viral Load is finally undetectable.  (In general, your viral load will be declared "undetectable" if it is under 40 to 75 copies in a sample of your blood. The exact number depends on the lab that analyzes your test.

Having an “undetectable” viral load doesn’t mean that the virus is completely gone from your body, just that it is below what a lab test can find. You still have HIV and need to stay on ART to remain healthy.) 

2. However, my CD4 is now back at its low level of 265. that is much lower than my initial cd4 count which were 274 when i first was diagnosed. =( 

Having said that, cd4 count can be affected by few other issues such as ur stress level, ur current health status and many more.

Setelah setahun aku makan ubat, arini aku mendapat 2 perkabaran. 

1. VL aku dah undetectable. 

2. tapi kiraan cd4  aku menurun ( bukan menurun ilmu mcm bomoh)  ke 265. lebih teruk plak dari first first aku diagnosed dulu. 

kiraan cd4 sebenarnya dipengaruhi oleh banyak benda. keadaan semasa, cuaca, dan mood. mungkin aku mengalami stress di tempat kerja atau di rumah ( sila baca wahai isteri ku sayang) hehe. 

tapi takpe la boh.. pasni boleh la nak try ada baby ye dok? hehe... sedikit terkesan dengan keputusan check up terbaru ini. sedih pun ada. tapi aku happy la viral load dah mencapai undetectable jugak... mati jugak kebanyakan virus dalam badan ku ini.... 

doakan bulan depan  bini aku pregnant k? amin. *tak sabar sabar plak"
